why i tried it...

I was looking for a lightweight CC cream with SPF for the warmer months. I like a dewy look, so I was on the hunt for something hydrating with a sheer glow like tint. The alpine rose stem cells  labeled  on the packaging caught my attention. Roses have been a coveted beauty ingredient dating back centuries. The Ancient Egyptians would boil down this velvety flower to make beauty and healing balms. Legend has it Cleopatra would fill her room with roses when meeting Marc Anthony believing he would think of her anytime he caught the scent of the flower.

my experience...

This product does exactly what it claims- sheer and hydrating coverage with SPF 30. It gave me the dewy look I was aiming for and the perfect lightweight base I needed for my daytime look.

how i used it...

One pump after my moisturizer is all I needed.
While on the topic of pumps, mine stopped working on this product after a couple applications.  I loved this product so much I purchased it again, but sadly, the pump broke on that one too. Coincidence?  I am known to be quite strong contrary to my string bean looking arms, but really?

final thoughts...

In life we accept love ones regardless of their flaws. I’m willing to make that same exception here.  For now I will continue gently squeezing this tube of rosy goodness- a small sacrifice for a glowing complexion.
